Meet Lisa & Lindsay

Both PGP Executive Director Lisa Siroti and Clinical Director Lindsay Nelson are NJ Licensed Clinical Social Workers who are passionate about helping people - children, teens, young adults, parents, families - become empowered to manage their mental and behavioral symptoms to lead a healthier, more productive lives.

We infuse treatment with purposeful strengths-based feedback and recognition, using praise and endorsement to reflect positive gains and reduce symptoms.

 


Lisa D. Siroti, LCSW
Executive Director

Lisa Siroti, LCSW, founder of Papa Ganache Bakery, LLP and the Papa Ganache Project, LLC Strengths Development Program, is a private psychotherapist, and an intensive in-home and community therapist. Lisa is well-regarded for her ability to support children and families to overcome their most difficult challenges through intensive, supportive counseling.

Her straightforward and direct approach is truly unique, and families love her honesty, truthfulness, and uncanny knack for quickly identifying underlying issues. She has a talent and passion for engaging difficult and resistant populations, coaching parents, increasing their insight, and educating them to address their children’s behavioral issues appropriately and effectively.

She is the proud owner of Papa Ganache Bakery and Papa Ganache Project, LLC – Strengths Development Program providing alternative therapeutic interventions for youth. Lisa consistently seeks to explore different programs.

Currently, Lisa is a 'guest therapist' at the Monmouth County monthly FSO meetings.

Services - PerformCare - Lisa is available to complete biopsychosocial assessments (BPS) in-person and via telehealth.

Services - Private Practice - Lisa is available for Clincial Consultation via in-office or telehealth appointments to help parents/caregivers understand their child's needs and link their children with appropriate mental health and behavioral health care.

Locations - in-office sessions available in Matawan, NJ. Telehealth available (must be in NJ).

 

Lindsay Nelson, LCSW
Clinical Director

Lindsay Nelson, LCSW specializes in working with tweens, teens, young adults, and their parents – treating anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, behavioral issues, self-esteem, social/interpersonal challenges, teen issues, school avoidance, life transitions (middle school to high school, high school to college and/or adulting), parent/child relationships, family conflict, parent psychoeducation & empowerment.

Lindsay is a goal focused therapist. Her style of engagement is conversational and down to earth. She is focused on helping to identify each client’s actionable, practical, achievable goals: helping people where they are right now, helping them get through what they’ve been through, helping get them to where they want to be.

Lindsay Nelson, LCSW graduated with both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in social work from NYU and has post graduate training in Trauma Informed Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, Nurturing Parenting, Nurtured Heart Approach, NJ CSOC Wraparound, Psychological First Aid, treatment of sexual abuse, and Clinical Supervision. She is expert in working with high-risk youth and their families. Starting her career as a mental health worker in a children’s partial care program, then working for several years as a therapist and school social worker in an all-boys residential treatment center, then for the last decade plus as an in-home therapist and PGP’s Clinical Director – she has supported hundreds of kids and families through crisis situations, is well versed in helping stabilize kids and their families, participating in treatment teams, and supervising staff.

Lindsay Nelson, LCSW is licensed in both NJ and Florida.

Services – PerformCare - Lindsay is available as an in-home, in-community therapist, working in-person and via telehealth.

Services - Private Practice - Lindsay is available for Clinical Consultation for PGP program enrollment. She is available for individual, family therapy, and parenting support for youth ages 12-25 and their caregivers.

Clinical Supervision is available for LSW’s in NJ.

Locations – In-home and in-community sessions available in Northern Ocean Co, Southern Monmouth Co. In-office sessions available in Manasquan, NJ. Telehealth available (must be in NJ or Florida).
